Football Club Notes – 04/07/2011

EGLISH ST. PATRICK’S G.A.C. CLUB NOTES

Adult Football

Our Senior team were beaten last week by Moy in the Division 1 League.  Final Score Moy 0-14, Eglish 1-09.  However, our Reserves collected another two points when they won their game.  Final Score Moy 1-07, Eglish 1-10.  There are now only four games left in the league.  The next league game is at home to Moortown this Wednesday evening, 6th July.  Reserves at 7.00pm and Seniors at 8.15pm.  After this game there is a break for the Summer holidays.  The league will resume with an away game to Omagh on Sunday 24th July, followed by another away game to Derrylaughan on 7th August and away again to Greencastle on 14th August.

Minor Football

Details of re-fixture of the Grade 1 Minor Football League quarter-final between Eglish and Dromore are to be confirmed later this week.

Under 16 Football

Our Under 16’s had two good wins in the Grade 1 League last week when they defeated Clonoe by 5-13 to 5-04 and Naomh Mhuire by 3-11 to 2-11.  The next Under 16 league game is away to Ardboe this Thursday evening, 7th July, throw-in at 7.30pm.  This is followed by a home game on Thursday 21st July against Donaghmore at 7.30pm, and another home game against Coalisland on Friday 29th July.

Under 12 Football

The Under 12’s next match in the Go Games competition is at home to Dungannon on Monday 25th July followed by another home game against Pomeroy on Monday 1st August.

Under 8 Go Games Football

The next round of Under 8 Go Games is in Ardboe on Saturday 23rd July.  Everyone welcome.

Run for ‘Michaela Foundation’

Eglish St. Patrick’s are joining up with Dungannon Thomas Clarkes and Eoghan Rua Hurling Club who are hosting a joint 10K Run in support of the Michaela Foundation.  The run will commence at 12 midday in Dungannon.

Club Lotto

Winning Lotto numbers for Monday 27th June were 1, 5, 8 and 23.  There were three Match 3 winners: Lucinda Woods and Cathy Ann McCrory.  Lotto Jackpot for Monday 4th July is £3,000.
