Adult Football
Our Senior team was up against Edendork last Sunday in the Division 1 Tyrone ACL. They put in a strong performance and picked up two valuable league points as they won at home. Final score, Eglish 2-05, Edendork 0-09.
Our Reserve team also secured another two league points as they also beat Edendork. Final score Eglish 0-16, Edendork 1-03.
There are no adult games in the fixtures schedule for the next couple of weeks, during the July holidays. The next few fixtures to follow are: Saturday 28 July, away v Killyclogher; Sunday 12 August, away v Coalisland.

Under-18 (Minor) Football
Our Minors aren’t in action again until Wednesday 1 August when they play Moortown in the quarter-final of the Grade 2 Championship. This game is in Fr. Connolly Park in Eglish at 7.30pm.
Under-16 Football
The Under-16’s played Pomeroy in their final Grade 1 League game last week. They put up a good performance but were unfortunately beaten. Final score Eglish 3-12, Pomeroy 6-06.
Under-14 Football
Our Under-14’s had no game last week.
Under-10’s & Under-8’s Football
Thursday evening training for Under-6′s, Under-8′s and Under-10′s will be taking a break for the first two weeks of July. The next training session will therefore be on Thursday, 19 July, from 6pm to 7pm at Páirc Chormaic. It will continue at this time on Thursday evenings for the remainder of the season. Tyrone Summer Camp
The Tyrone Summer Camp was held in Eglish last week and was a great success. Well done to all young players who participated and to all coaches who helped out during the week..
Tickets for upcoming Inter-County Championship Matches
Anyone interested in a ticket for the All Ireland Qualifier Round 2 Roscommon v Tyrone in Hyde Park, Roscommon on Saturday 14 July at 2pm should forward their name by text to Liz Daly (07810 060 467) before 5pm on Monday 9 July.
Anyone interested in a ticket for the Ulster Minor and Senior Finals in St. Tiernach’s Park, Clones on Sunday 22 July should forward their name by text to Liz Daly (07810 060 467) before 5pm on Wednesday 11 July.
Club Lotto
The Lotto result for Monday 2 July was as follows: winning numbers were 9, 15, 16 and 22. There were three ‘Match 3’ winners: Paula McCann, Nicola Gildernew and Joseph Barrett. The next Lotto draw will be held on Monday 16 July, Jackpot is £5,400.
Mixed Boot Camp
There is a mixed boot camp being held for anyone interested in some extra training at Roan Primary School on Monday evenings from 7-8pm. Everyone welcome.
