Adult Football
After a great away win in Killyclogher the previous week, our Seniors were beaten at home by Omagh last weekend. Final score Eglish 1-10, Omagh 4-12. Our Reserves had a better result as they shared the league points when their game finished in a draw. Final score Eglish 0-13, Omagh 0-13.
Our Senior team will play Dromore in the Tyrone Senior Championship on Sunday 19 August in Carrickmore at 7.30pm.
Eglish’s remaining league games are against Trillick (home), Coalisland (away) and Ardboe (away). Dates and times for these fixtures are to be confirmed.
Under 14 Football
Our Under 14’s are in action twice this week. They play Greencastle on Tuesday evening, 7 August, in the Grade 3 Championship in Greencastle at 7.30pm, and are back out again on Saturday, 11 August, when they travel to Strabane for a league game at 2.00pm.
Club Lotto
The Lotto result for Monday 30 July was as follows: winning numbers were 4, 10, 13 and 15. There were two ‘Match 3’ winners: Angie Quinn and Neil McCann. The next Lotto draw will be held on Monday 6 August, Jackpot is £5,500.
