Youth Football
This year’s Thursday evening coaching for U6s, U8s and U10s at Páirc Chormaic will commence on April 3rd at 6.15pm. Please note that all youth are expected to wear gum shields when playing Gaelic football during coaching and games. This rule was introduced on January 1st 2013. Eglish St Patrick’s GAC are providing a ‘boil & bite’ gum shield to all children who register with the club. A registration fee of £10 for all youth members includes a gum shield. Registration fees for Adults £30, Students, £10, Senior Citizens £10 and Family membership £80. Note all registration fees are required to be paid before March 31st.
Under 6s
In April under 6 coaching will hold the same theme as the Gaelic Start programme whereby a parent (or guardian) must attend and take part in the coaching sessions. Parents will NOT be permitted to drop children off for this age group.
Sunday March 16th Youth Parade
All Eglish Youth are asked to assemble at the main football hall at 10.15am sharp on Sunday 16th to take part in the parade to the Chapel for Sunday Mass as part of the St Patrick’s day celebrations. Please wear Eglish colours! After Mass the parade will return to the hall for refreshments. All welcome! Registration details and fees will be taken on this day at the hall. On receipt of these details gum shields will be allocated.
