Seniors

The Seniors were beaten at the weekend by Errigal Ciaran on a scoreline of 1-13 to 0-7. The Reserves were also defeated by a strong Errigal side on a scoreline of 6-16 to 0-5.

The Seniors and Reserves are away to Coalisland Sunday, Reserve game 2:15pm and Senior game 3:45pm. The dates for the first round of the Senior Championship were announced last week and Eglish will play Donaghmore in Edendork on Friday 30 May at 6:45pm followed by Clonoe versus Errigal at 8:15pm.

Minors

The Minors lost out to Dungannon last week in the league on a scoreline of 1-13 to 2-7. However on Wednesday evening the minors opened their Championship account with a Preliminary Round victory over Kildress on a scoreline of 2-16 to 0-5.

U14s

The U14s had a good win over Coalisland at the weekend and continued that form on Tuesday evening with another impressive win over Ardboe.

River Bank Dance Festival

After the success of the festival last year the River Bank Dance Festival returns this year bigger and better. The festival events this year will begin with Cormac 10k Run and 5k family run/walk on Saturday 17 May. The following Thursday, 22 May the search begins for Eglishs Newest Model takes place. On Saturday 24 May More Power to Your Elbow will rock the marquee with their traditional and electric anthems, followed by the popular return of Derek Ryan on Sunday 25 May. The festival will come to a close on Saturday 31 May with a Gala Banquet celebrating 50 years of success on Fr Connolly Park.

Tyrone v Down Ticket Requests

Paid up club members who are seeking tickets for the forthcoming Ulster Championship game between Tyrone and Down on Sunday 18th May at Healy Park should send their request via text to Club Secretary Cathal Daly on 07740433950 by Sunday 4th May.

Club Lotto

The Lotto No’s for Monday 28 April were 4,14,16,17. There were three match three winners, Roisin Daly, Barry Cuddy and Kevin Mallon. The next Lotto draw will be held on Monday 5 May, Jackpot is £2,400.
