Underage Training
Underage training will now be commencing on Thursday evening’s 5.45 – 6.45pm as well as the usual time on Saturday, 4-5pm; both in Pairc Cormac. This training is for post primary players right up to U18s. Please always take boots and trainers and come appropriately dressed for the weather.
Miss Eglish
It’s getting close and our superstar “Miss Eglish’s” are reportedly turning into nervous wrecks at the thought of appearing on stage in front of a live audience. However, some of those anxieties will be quashed with the revelation that the swimsuit round has been cancelled. Much to the disappointment of the general public, head judge Miss Florida said, “We know the entire Eglish community is gutted at the removal of this round, in particular Terry Horsfield, but due to the cold weather we’re experiencing at the minute and the lack of willingness to turn on the heat in the hall, we came to a collective decision that this round just wasn’t viable. We have to always keep the contestant’s wellbeing to the forefront!”
Despite this, tickets are moving fast for the big finale on Saturday 14th March! Tickets are £10 and are available from any of the senior camogs, restricted to over 14s! Please note, this is not a “pay to vote”, you’re entrance ticket will be your one and only vote!
