AGM
The 2016 AGM will take place on Friday 4th March at 7pm sharp in the committee room upstairs in the clubhouse. We would encourage anyone with an interest in the camogie club to attend; we will not keep you for hours and hours, promise!
Underage Training
Post Primary and U14 training continues in Loughview on Sunday afternoons from 12 – 1pm. Please arrive punctual to start sharp at 12pm. Cost, £2 per player.
Fundamentals
Fundamentals takes place on Thursday’s from 6.15-7.15. Parents must stay with their child/children for the duration.
Anniversary Gala Ball
This year the football and camogie clubs are coming together under the St Patrick’s name to celebrate their 50 and 60 year anniversaries with a celebratory Gala Ball in the Hillgrove Hotel on 9th April, tickets £60. Dinner will be followed by presentations and dancing to a live band.
Anyone that has not confirmed their attendance, please do so ASAP to any committee member as numbers are being finalized.
Tyrone Minor Win
Congratulations to the county minors who had a very convincing win over Donegal on Saturday afternoon in Garvaghey in the All Ireland Minor Championship Shield Section C. Final score 13-07 to 0-02. A special well done to the Eglish girls represented on this team, Laura Mason, Megan Vincent, Amy Barrett (injured) Casey Gallagher (1-0) and Catherine Muldoon (4-01).
This is the first time in a number of years that Tyrone has entered a minor team and Saturday’s result is a great reflection of the increasing talent coming from the county.
The next game is away to Monaghan on 12th March – further details to follow.
Tyrone Legends
The County Legends head to Dublin this Saturday 5th March to compete in the Legends 7’s tournament in Na Fianna GAA Club. There are two sections with four counties in each and games are 8mins a side. Tyrone are drawn against Tipperary, Dublin and Derry. We wish the entire Tyrone squad the very best of luck and an enjoyable day!

Armagh Success
Congratulations to senior captain Ciara Donnelly on her county league success at the weekend. (Ciara also captains Armagh this year). They recorded a win away to Dublin in their first league game – Ciara tallying 0-4 from midfield. Armagh’s next league game is on Saturday 5th March in the Athletic Grounds v Cavan at 2pm.
