Post Primary Action
Well done to the post primary girls who have another win under their belt after beating Brocagh convincingly at home on Monday night.
Next Monday, 1st June, the girls take on Dungannon in the semifinal of the Championship; time and venue to be confirmed. Game arrangements will be given to the girls at training this week. Good luck to the team and management!
Tyrone Feile
The Tyrone Feile will take place in Derrylaughan on Sunday 31st May at 9.30am. All players are asked to meet at Father Connolly at 8.30am. Girls will return home around 1pm. Please ensure everyone wears/brings appropriate clothing to suit the weather conditions and also please bring a packed lunch.
Underage Training
U16 and U18 training continues in Father Connolly on Saturday morning; 9am – 10am.
U14 training is on Wednesday evening at 5.45pm – 6.45pm.
Go Game Blitz
This Saturday, the Tiny Tots are away to Brocagh for the second Go Games Blitz of the year. All girls are asked to meet for 9.10am at Father Connolly pitch. The Blitz will run from 10am – 12pm, due home for around 1pm. Please ensure that parents/guardians are there promptly to collect their kids.
Remember to send girls with suitable clothing for the weather. A small snack is also advised but we would encourage that kids eat a good breakfast before coming to camogie as there is not a lot of time within the two hours to eat again.
Well Wishes
The next few weeks see a number of our players across the teams undertaking important exams. The Club and its members would like to wish all the girls the very best of luck both in their study preparation and exams.
Quiz Night
The Camogie Club is hosting a Quiz Night on Friday 29th May in support of our dancers taking part in Strictly in June. Teams of 6, £5 per person. Quiz begins at 8.45pm sharp.
Good Luck
The Camogie Club extends our good luck and well wishes to the senior men who take on Greencastle in the first round of the Championship on Sunday afternoon!
