Closing date for receipt of the completed form is Friday 24th May at 5.00 pm to the Tyrone GAA Centre in Garvaghey. All applications must be returned to Garvaghey. No late applications will be accepted. The presentation of cheques will take place on Thursday 12th June at 7:30pm at Garvaghey.
