Derry League
On Sunday evening, 22nd June, the seniors play Eoghan Rua of Coleraine in Pairc Cormac. As always, this will be a tough encounter and the Eglish girls will have to battle extremely hard if they want to come away with a win.
U14
Congratulations to the U14 who won the championship on Monday night in the Moy in front of a large crowd of supporters! They were up against a strong Dungannon side, and the hot sunny evening made playing conditions even more difficult. The Eglish girls put in a huge effort all over the pitch, from Michele McGready putting on a terrific display at full back, Catherine Muldoon and Casey Gallagher combining well in midfield and Francine Farley and Regan Fay tirelessly attacking up front, resulting in a win of 5-04 ; 3-03.
Congratulations also to Catherine Muldoon who was deservedly awarded player of the match and received a new Tyrone quarter zip training top!
Post Primary
Next Monday, 23rd June, the post primary team play Fr. Shields, Greencastle in their championship final. Game is provisionally arranged for Pomeroy, time to be confirmed. We wish all the players and mentors the very best of luck and encourage parents, relatives and friends to go and support the girls!

County News
Congratulations to the Tyrone County Camogs who won the Ulster Intermediate Championship last Sunday evening. After taking Cavan to a draw in the first match, the Tyrone side were adamant that they had the beating of them and from the very first throw in they got ahead and stayed that way until the full time whistle. Special congratulations to those girls on the county who represent Eglish; Captain Julie Lagan, Maria, Cathy, Shauna and Aisling Jordan, Siobhan Hughes, Ciara McGready and Niamh McNulty.
