Adult Football
The Seniors had their second outing in the Ulster League on Sunday, traveling to Ballinderry. Things
were looking good ten minutes into the second half, but this changes when Ballinderry scored the
first of their five goals, two of which were from the penalty spot. Final score Ballinderry 5-12 Eglish
0-09. The next game is against Bellaghy on Tuesday 16th in Bellaghy at 8.00pm. There will be a Night
at the Races in the Clubrooms on Friday 19th, First race is at 9.30pm. Proceeds will go towards
replenishing the players’ injury fund.
Youth Football
The Minor Football League commences on Saturday 20th with a home game against Cookstown, at
3.00pm, in Pairc Chormaic. Under 14 football training continues on Tuesday and Thursday at 6.45pm
with a challenge game against Armagh Harps on Saturday at 1.00pm. FUNdamentals training, for 4
to 8 year olds, continues on Thursday evening at 6.15pm in the sports hall and is followed
immediately by Under 10 training at 7.30pm.
Other
Everyone please note that Membership is new due, rate are the same as last year with full adult
Membership £30, Senior Citizen £10, Fulltime Students and Youth £10. Family membership (husband
wife and all children under 18) is £80. Membership can be paid this Sunday between 11.30 and
12.30 at the clubrooms, or direct to club registrar Canice Murtagh at any time.

out for Tyrone against Monaghan in the National Hurling League.
