U16s
The U16s played out an exciting game with Donaghmore in the final of the Championship at the weekend with the game ending in a draw. Eglish were behind by three points at half time 2-4 to 0-7 with the scoreboard probably not doing Eglish justice. Eglish took the lead with five minutes remaining with a goal and a point immediately after to take a two point lead with five minutes remaining but Donaghmore battled back with two points to tie the game at 2-11 to 2-11 to take the game to a replay. The replay will be this Saturday (16 November) in Galbally at 12pm, all support greatly appreciated.
End of year appreciation night
An end of year appreciation night will take place in the Sports Hall on Friday evening at 8:30pm for our Senior Footballers, all our Strictly dancers and all those who helped out at our festival. Food and refreshments will be provided. We hope to see you and your partners all there on Friday evening. Also Senior/Reserve player of the year will be presented on the night.
Scór na nÓg Semi Finals
We are hosting the Scór na Óg Semi Finals this Sunday (17 November) at 5pm in the Sports Hall.
Club Lotto
The Lotto No’s for Monday 11 November were 1,14,17,21. There was one match three winner; Liz Donaghy. The next Lotto draw will be held on Monday 18 November, Jackpot is £1,350.
