A huge congratulations to Roan St Patrick’s Primary School on winning the Knockmanny Cup last Friday. This is a very prestigious Primary School 7 aside competion that has been running annually for nearly 50 years and held in Augher. Teams from all over the Clogher Valley took part. The team finished top of their section and defeated St. Mary’s Cabragh in the semi final and in front of a packed stand in Augher, they defeated St. Brigid’s Altamuskin. This was a brilliant display from the boys and made up for the disappointment of the defeat in the County Final the previous week.
