Adult Football
There was no senior action at the weekend and there will be none this coming weekend either. However training continues for the remaining League games, against Clonoe and Dromore. The reserve knock out is also coming up in early October.
Youth Football
Under 16’s season came to its conclusion on Thursday past in Pairc Chormaic. Killeeshil were the visitors for the Championship Quarter Final. Result Eglish 0-10 Killeeshil 2-17.
The Under 13’s played the third game on their campaign in “Cian’s Field”, Dungannon on Monday evening. They came away winners on a score line of Dungannon 1-10 Eglish 2-09. There final group game is against Moortown on Wednesday 28th in Moortown at 6.30pm.
Under 6, 8 & 10 football continues on Thursday evening at 6.15pm. Under 11’s travelled to Emyvale on Saturday for their annual tournament and they came home with the cup, after beating Keady in the Final. The final Tyrone Under10 blitz takes place this Saturday, the venue is yet to be confirmed.
