Post Primary
Congratulations again to the Post Primary team who had a convincing win over Edendork in the quarter final of the Championship on Monday night. They now progress to the semi-final on the 27th May when they play Fr. Shields. Venue to be confirmed.
The next league game takes place on Monday 13th May at home to Eire Og. Let’s hope the girls can continue their unbeaten run.
Feile
This year’s Tyrone Feile tournament took place on last Sunday in Garvaghey. An excellent display of Camogie by the Eglish U14s resulted in them finding a place in the final against Dungannon. The Eglish girls lead at half time, 1-0 ; 0-1, but Dungannon came out fighting in the second half. Despite Eglish’s best efforts, Dungannon found the net a few times and won with a convincing score line of 5-1 ; 2-0. Well done to all the girls who played on Sunday. Everyone tried their hardest but unfortunately it was not to be Eglish’s day. Best wishes to Catherine Donnelly who took a heavy knock during the final. Thanks also to all the family and friends who came to support; it is great to see so much interest.

Commiserations to the Tyrone Seniors who were narrowly defeated in the National League Final on Saturday in Westmeath. The girls lead the whole game until the fifth minute of injury time when Carlow scored a goal to win the game, final score Tyrone 2-04, Carlow 2-06.
